| 軍事産業 軍事産業は、戦争を支える為にある。第一次大戦も第二次大戦も、勝ち組は、米国の軍事産業の、強力・豊富な後押し・援護のおかげだ。 今日現在、継続進行中の戦争・武力紛争は、軍事大国諸国の競争力誇示のショウルームとなっている。 軍事産業は、最高のビジネスである。武器も兵員も毎年古くなる。消費しなくても最新型と交換せねばならない。発注者は国家であり、予算は景気・購買層と関係なく準備され、提示される。支払いは保障されている。年式が古いもののマーケットもある。原価がゼロの商品を売るのだから、笑いの止まらないビジネスだ。兵員には、衣・食・住が保証される。老後の年金も付く。兵役中に専門技能に習熟し、大型・特殊車輌の免許取得は常識だ。 民間航空産業のパイロット養成をしているとも言える。 経済を金額でとらえ、利潤でとらえるならば、軍事産業は最高のビジネスである。しかし、経済を個人活動・日常生活の集積としてとらえ、社会活動としてとらえると、軍事産業は、結実のない、不快で悲惨な産業廃棄物を撒き散らすのみの産業である。 あらゆる産業は、各自、産業廃棄物処理を義務付けられている。しかし、軍事産業にはこの自己責任の義務すらない。 個人の人生が社会の圧力に押しつぶされてはならない。 まずはとにかく、手に負えない暴力遂行の軍事機構・構造を圧縮し、解体しなければ、危なくてしょうがない。 続いて、極度に実効性が低い、怪しげな政治形式、それから、その実行機関であり、上に弱く、下に強権、非情で硬直した官僚機構の代案を探さねばならない。 これらは、経済的には無駄を省き、浪費を避けるわけだから、もし、我々に知性があって、勇気があれば、案外容易なのではなかろうか。 Arms Industry Arms industry is to accomplish wars. The American arms industry was the star and played the definitive role in both the World War I and the World War II. In the wars going on today, the arms industries of big nations are exhibiting how effectively their weapons can kill people and destroy the towns. The arms industry is the best business among all the forms of industries. The weapons and the man power get old every year. They must be renewed apart from the consumption or wear and tear. The well planned national budget with guaranteed payment would be provided with no relations to the world economy. There is a huge market for the second hand arms, often bright new second hands. This market business is very profitable since the initial cost of the goods is zero; the cost is covered by the people’s tax money. In the forces, income, clothes, food and dwelling are secured for officers and soldiers. Their pension system is perfect. It is well-known that the soldiers get good education to become professional heavy duty vehicle drivers. Many pilots of commercial planes are retired air force pilots. If you consider the economy as a matter of money and profit, the arms industry is the perfect and the best form of the business. But the economy is an integrated activity of personal daily lives. You can’t spend your life for an industry which produces nothing but death and ruins. Today, all the industries must take care of their debris. But the arms industry has no obligation of recycling or rebuilding. Our lives, our personal dignity shall not be crashed by the social system. First of all, we must demolish our social structure with built in war industry. Then we must find a new functional political system instead for today’s pseud democracy. We also have to replace our stiff bureaucracy. These operations are economically profitable and save wastes. Therefore it might not be so difficult if only we are brave and intelligent enough. |
