| 新しいライフスタイル 今朝、眼が覚めると雨だった。早朝は静かなせいか、マンションでも窓ガラスをたたく雨音が高い。テレビをつける。 そうです。なにか、放射能関係のニュースがあるか・・・・。 何の情報もない。情報がないということは、現時点では危険性がないという事なのだろうか。 私は、不満である。危険ではない、という情報を出すべきだと思う。 天候は、常に変わりつつある。放射性物質は風に乗り、雨とともに局所的に集中汚染する。時々刻々と変化をする、風向・風速・降雨量を、常に発信しているべきだと思う。 日本全土そして海上も、出来るだけきめ細かな数多くの地点で、天候と放射線量を計測し、発表し続けることは、日本人のみならず世界中の人々に対する、日本国の責務だろう。 この情報は、我々が現状を認識・把握する上での、基本的な情報なのである。 農漁業生産物の被曝状況も詳細に報道されねばならない。半径３０ｋｍの圏内とか、健康上危険量には達しないとか、都合の良い、非科学的な言い逃れ情報は、一部批評家の解説に任せればよい。 危険度の評価・判断は、我々が行うことであり、世界の有能な研究者・機構が充分に対応してくれる。 無数にあるテレビチャンネルの一つを、常時原発事故情報公開チャンネルにしたらどうだろう。２４時ノンストップで放送しても、コンテンツに不足ということはない。 福島第一原発の事故処理、廃棄処分作業はまだ始まったばかり、順調には程遠い。この作業情報は、詳細な常時レポートが要求されるホットニュースなのだ。 これが、大変な手探り・綱渡りの作業で、世界中が、毎日・連日、手に汗、息を呑んで見つめているということを、日本政府・東電、そして我々自身は、自覚しているのだろうか。 ジャーナリズムも、たまには進行中の危険な事件を事実に即して周知させる報道をしてもよかろう。 私は、東京に住む。東北の人々は、どれだけ救いようのない気持ちになっているのか、本当に心が痛む。 化石燃料枯渇。温暖化。省エネ。節電。 世界には、原発賛成・反対・せめて凍結。色々な国々、人々がいる。 世界人口は、三分されている。少なくとも、そこに共通しているのは、文明・文化の見直し、新しいライフスタイルの模索・・・。であってほしい。 A new life style This morning it was raining. Rain drops ware noisy on my window panes. I turned on TV. Yes. I tried to find if there was any news on the radioactive rain. There was none. No information on the radioactivity. Did it mean there was no danger with this rain? I was dissatisfied by the TV news not because there was no danger but the news didn’t mention on the rain and the radioactivity. The news should tell that this rain was not dangerous. The weather would never be standing still. The radioactivity contaminated particles would fly with the wind. When it rains the particles take a condensed form in rain drops and often a very limited local area would be particularly contaminated. We should be informed about the direction and the strength of wind and also rain. This information should cover all over Japan and the sea around Japan. Naturally the information must be also with the amount of the radio activity at the points. Japan is responsible to send continuously this information out to us and to the whole world. This information is the basis for judging our situation. The radioactive data on the agricultural and fishery product must be monitored and be openly reported. It is shameful that we hear those vague and irrational press releases such as the area of 30km diameters and the radioactive level within the safety zone. We need the factual data. There are many experts in the world who can judge how critical our situation is. In Japan we have so many TV channels. It will be good and useful to have one TV channel just continuously sending the reports on the atomic power station catastrophe and also the earthquakes and the tsunamis. The sending should be 24 hours non stop. There are so many things to be broad casted to the world, never shortage of its contents. The disposal of “The Fukushima 1” is not really started. The up to date report of the situation is the hot news. Do Japanese government, “To-den” and we ourselves understand how critical and dangerous the situation is? I live in Tokyo, 200km from Fukushima. I am nervous and worrying. People over there must be really in trouble. So great amount of grave problems they have. Today, in the world, there are pro-atomic generator people, anti-atomic generator people and “freeze and wait” people. Among them, at least those topics are common: The resources of fossil fuels are already exhausted. The greenhouse effect is real. The saving energy and electricity are inevitable. I hope we also have a common idea that now we have a good chance finding a new life style. |
