まっとうな世の中
競馬の名ジョッキーは、社会的名士・セレブであり、天皇賞レースがある。欧米でも、セレブの顔見世名物で有名なレースがある。庶民のなけなしのお金が支えている催し・賭博行為であることは、誰も指摘しない。
昔、日本には、「お天道様が許さない・・に申し訳ない・・」という言葉遣いがあった。
そんなことをするのは、まともに陽射しの下を歩けない、ごきぶり・どぶ鼠のようなものだということだが、・・・こういうと、彼等にも言い分があるだろう。　　人間・企業の行為・生業（なりわい）を正す規範を当てはめて、許されないという意味である。つまり、不道徳であり、倫理にもとる、世間様に顔向けなない。　・・・気が付くのは、これらの言葉はいつの間にか、死語になってしまった。
男性・女性の行為の基準・規制で顕著なように、道徳観・倫理感は、絶対・恒久ではない。　　昔は、新聞記者は、人の弱みを食い物にするゴロツキで、正業ではなかった。　いまでは、新聞社は、文化の担い手であり、文明の頒布者といった顔をしている。　　しかし最近の週刊誌・ＴＶ番組は、・・・やっぱりそうか、というところだ。　　サラ金は、高利貸であり、雪だるまのように負債が増え、個人・家庭の破滅に終わることにかわりはないのだが、いつのまにか、大銀行の一部門として、堂々とＴＶ・地下鉄・いたるところで、広告されている。
株式市場における銘柄の売買価格は、投機・スペキュレーション、勝負師の勘で定められる。　いわゆる相場の変動には、経済的合理性は全くない。　先物市場となると、さらに顕著・明瞭であり、鉄火場だということに疑いをはさむ人はいない。　　株屋は長く正業とは認められなかった。
資本の流動性は必要であり、社会資金を有効に活用することは重要である。しかし、我々は、株式市場の賭博者たちが行う相場に、身を任せなくてもよかろう。
貨幣は物品交換・決済のメディア・媒体以外の何物でもない。媒体が機能するためには、当事者たちにとって、相互共通であり、それぞれの社会でほぼ等価でなければならない。
貨幣は、投機・賭博の対象にしてはならない。自由・放任の為替相場は、短命とせねばならない。
Legitimate or illegitimate
A good jockey is a celebrity in our society. In Japan we have “The Emperor’s Trophy Race”. In Europe and US, there are famous horse races where high society people show themselves with nice dresses and hats. The horse races are the gambling events supported by the common people.　Many of them end up in family disasters.
In Japan we have an old expression, “the sun shall not tolerate you.” It means; your doings are so immoral and asocial that you may not walk under the bright sunny day. Today, these words, immoral and asocial, seem not to exist anymore.
The moral/ethical codes change with time. They are not absolute and untouchable. The obvious example is the doing between man and woman. Once upon a time, the journalists weren’t respected as legitimate members of our society, regarded as ruffians. Today, the journalists behave as leaders of our society. But, the contents of weekly journals and TV unveil themselves. The consumer financing companies are nothing but loan sharks. Today, they are officially, openly, legitimate and important members of our leading mega banks. At the stock market, the stock prices go up and down after the principle of speculation, the gamblers’ sense, not at all according to the rational sense of investment. There is no difference between the stock market and the futures market. We know the futures markets are the gamble saloons. The stock dealers were not legitimate for very long.
The capital liquidity is important. Our capital shall be effectively utilized. But we have no reason to let our money in the hands of the gamblers.
The currency is the medium for exchanging goods. The exchange rate should be as steady as possible. The value of the currencies shall not be the objects of the speculations.
